Birth Doula Support Package
$1800
Text or phone support until labor begins. 2 prenatal appointments to go over what to expect, labor positions and pain management techniques, partner support options. Continuous in-person guidance during active labor, emotional coaching, and advocacy so you feel heard every step of the way. From the moment we are together until about two hours postpartum, I’m there with you. Birth doula package includes up to 2 postpartum visits in your home.
Postpartum Doula Care
$60 per hour
Gentle, in-home assistance with infant feeding, soothing techniques, and household tasks to help you rest and recover. Examples include light cleaning, meal prep (you provide recipes and ingredients), laundry, infant care education and general care so you can rest, sibling adjustment support, and more.
Overnight Doula Care
$450
Overnight doula care 10 pm- 6 am. Schedule as many or as few overnights as you would like. I care for your baby while you get uninterrupted sleep, including diaper changes, feeding baby and getting them back to sleep. I can include other quiet tasks such as laundry, bottle prep/cleaning, light cleaning in ways that do not disrupt the household, etc.
