Birth Doula Support Package
From our first conversation to the first hours with your baby, you’ll have steady, non-judgmental, caring support.
Birth doula package starts at $1800.
What’s included:
Phone or text support: Reach me with questions anytime until labor begins.
Two prenatal visits: We’ll talk through what to expect, labor positions, talk about and practice comfort and pain management options, and ways for your partner to feel confident and involved.
Continuous in-person support in labor: I’m by your side once you’re in active labor, offering guidance and encouragement, no matter what.
Emotional coaching and advocacy: I’ll help you feel calm, informed, and heard every step of the way.
Support through the first hours after birth: I stay until about two hours postpartum, so you’re never left on your own in those first moments.
Up to two postpartum visits at home: Continued support as you settle in with your new baby to support infant feeding, you and your household.

Daytime Postpartum Doula Care
Gentle, in-home assistance with infant feeding, soothing techniques, and household tasks to help you rest and recover. Examples include light cleaning, meal prep (you provide recipes and ingredients), laundry, infant care education and general care so you can rest, sibling adjustment support, and more. You get to take care of yourself, while I do the rest.
DAYTIME PACKAGES AVAILABLE: 50% due at signing with the remaining balance due split up in weekly or biweekly payments. Daytime sessions are booked in 4 hour minimum sessions, $220 per visit.
$1760: 32 hours over 4 weeks. 8 visits of four hours, 2/week.
$3500: 64 hours over 4 weeks. 16 visits of four hours. 4/week.
$5280: 96 hours over 4-6 weeks. 24 visits over 4-6 weeks.
$6600: 120 hours over 8 weeks; 30 visits of four hours, 4/week.

Last Minute Birth or Postpartum Doula Care
Last-Minute Doula Care
Babies don’t always follow the plan. Maybe your due date is closer than you realized, you’ve just learned you’re having a baby sooner than expected, or the support you were counting on has fallen through. It’s not too late to have someone in your corner.
Last-minute care is for families who:
Are in their last weeks of pregnancy and realize they want more support
Had a doula or helper who is no longer available
Are heading into an induction, scheduled cesarean, or unexpected change of plans
Just came home with a baby and are feeling overwhelmed
Want a steady, experienced presence without waiting for a long lead time
I’ll meet you where you are, learn what matters most to you, and tailor my support to the time we have. Reach out as soon as you can and we’ll talk about what’s possible.
Overnight Doula Care
Overnight doula care 10 pm- 6 am. Schedule as many or as few overnights as you would like. I care for your baby while you get uninterrupted sleep, including diaper changes, feeding baby and getting them back to sleep. I also do other quiet tasks such as laundry, bottle prep/cleaning, light cleaning in ways that do not disrupt the household, etc.
OVERNIGHT PACKAGES AVAILABLE: 50% due at signing with the remaining balance due split up in weekly or biweekly payments. All overnight packages are for 8 hour visits per night.
$1760: 32 hours over 4 weeks; four visits.1 night/week
$3500: 64 hours over 4 weeks; eight visits, 2 nights/week.
$5280: 96 hours over 4-6 weeks; three visits a week over 4 weeks, or 2 visits per week for 6 weeks.
$6600: 120 hours over 8 weeks; 15 visits, 2-3 nights/week.
$475/night: Individual visits (not part of a package) are available and scheduled if the doula is available.
